Refund policy

At BOC-3 Today, we aim to provide top-notch services to ensure your business registration and compliance needs are met accurately and efficiently. However, since our services are intangible and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on services once they have been rendered.

If there is an issue with the service, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter or provide a re-file or correction at no extra cost, depending on the situation.

Refunds:

• Refunds are not issued after the completion of any services, including but not limited to, SAM.gov registration, BOC-3 filings, UCR registration, or any other regulatory filing.

Service Disputes:
If you believe there was an error in the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your filing or registration confirmation. We will review your case and determine the necessary course of action.
